posting this on the behalf of my friend.
Friend was the dependent of diplomatic and then became Section 13.
recently he got married with the USC and his spouse filing 130 for him. Both of them are in USA.
I am helping him to go through the paperwork, and have few questions.
The process will go as follows:
Form 130 (USC will file that)
Form 130a (Beneficary will file that)
Form 485 (beneficary will file that)
Two passport photo of beneficary
copy of all pages of the passport
coy of last issues I-94
copy of beneficary brith certificate
Form I-864 Affadavit of support
Form I-508
His current I-485 for assalyum is currently pending, is there way to used the currently pending I-485 which was filled few month ago for section-13 to save the fees or this whole package will go with seperate I-485?
Am I missing anything?
