I-130 F2B (Unmarried children over 21 of LPRs) - Must File All Together?

Hello,

An Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) wants to petition 3 unmarried adult children. We understand that the LPR must file 3 separate petitions. Must the 3 petitions be filed at the same time, or can they be filed staggered? For example, Adult Child #1 in August; followed by Adult Child #2 in December; and finally, Adult Child #3 in June, 2019.

They are independent and you can file each whenever you want, unrelated to the other ones. But I can't imagine why you would delay petitioning them if you have already decided to petition them.
