I've been reading and reading a ton of posts in the last couple of days on this matter. Can someone please share their experience on adj the status received by NBC in MO?


June 25, 29, 2018 docs received by uscis
July 27, 2018 biometrics completed
As of Aug 28, no update re the review of the biometrics or anything else

How soon did you receive your AP and EAD?

Our timeline for an I130

Some dates are approximate.

Aug 03,2012 I accepted a transfer to Singapore
Sep 27,2012 I met a lovely lady at a Buddhist temple in Singapore
May 13,2014 We got married in Auburn California, on Vesak day, but returned to our temporary home in Singapore
Sep ??,2015 My employer suggested I plan to move back to the USA
Oct ??,2015 Submitted I130 - Accidentally sent original divorce paper (previous marriage)
Mar ??,2016 Received I130 approval
Mar ??,2017 No relocation yet, so I asked for a one year extension on her i130 petition
Oct ??,2017 I got tried of waiting, so I started looking for work in the USA
Feb 07,2018 Started a Job back in the USA
Mar ??,2018 Submitted I864
Apr ??,2018 Received I864 approval
Apr ??,2018 Submitted I260
May ??,2018 Medical and police clearance (date unsure)
May 15,2018 interview - It was discovered that I gave my wife the copy of my divorce paper, rather
than the original (my bad)
May 22,2018 Original divorce papers submitted
Jun 03,2018 Paid the green card fee
Jul 13,2018 (60 days after the interview) - I called the embassy, and was told that the visa was pending.
Jul 23,2018 I called Senator McCains' office.
Jul 25,2018 The embassy apologized for losing her paperwork. Visa issued the next day
Jul 26,2018 My wife picked up her passport.
Aug 01,2018 My wife arrived in the USA.
Aug 28,2018 Green card approval notice
Aug 29,2018 Waiting for green card.
