Hpw to apply for CSPA under F4 visa?

My uncle applied for F4 visa for my family(that includes my parents ,me and my brother).Our priority date is 14 Nov,2004.In April,2018 our case was approved from NVC. But only my parents' names were mentioned in the case.Mine and my brother's names were missing.Currently I am 23 and my brother is 21 years old.My uncle consulted someone and told us to apply for CSPA at the time of my parents' interview.So now we have paid the IV invoice fees for my parents and submitted all the documents.We have also received an email from NVC stating that they will give us an update on the appointment of the dates of interview soon.My query is that what am I suppose to do now??
How can I apply for CSPA for me and my brother.?

Hi you were need to apply for the CSPA at the time of Aos certificate arrived at your place...asking for cspa evolution and the invoices for you and your brother
should i know your current status for your case .
did you you completed interview ?
