Urgent- Applying GC on Day one CPT
Hi All
I Need your valuable suggestion regarding family based GC process. I Graduated from school in 2014 dec and used all my OPT period. Meanwhile i applied for H1B but unfortunately my application wasn't picked in the lottery. Now I married a US CITIZEN and planning to apply for GC. Right now i'm on CPT, Maintaining my status. But due to recent amendments in the USCIS policy if my status is denied while applying for change of status then i will in unlawful presence. So, i'm planning to apply for counselor processing. What are your suggestions on my case.
