File I-130 for bilogical child whose divorce is pending in the court of law.

Hello,
I got Green card a week ago. I would like to sponsor green card for my daughter who is over 21 years of age.
She has a pending divorce case lingering in the court since two years. Can I be able to apply for GC for her.

No. She has to be divorced first.
