Dear All,

First thank you so much for this helpful forum. My wife is us citizen and I am planning to apply for adjustment of statues as I am F1 student. My wife income is low so she ca not sponsor me. My questions are:
1- I have scholarship from my embassy and this amount of money enough to support me, is this used instead of affricative of support?
2- if the answer of the above question is NO, so can I apply without affricative of support at the beginning then I can provide this document on the day of the interview?

1. Your income can be counted if 1) you are working legally in the US, and 2) the income will continue after you immigrate. I think a scholarship from your country to be an international student clearly won't continue after you immigrate, so wouldn't count.

Thank you. If I bring prove that the income as I am international student will continue after immigrate, is this going to be account ?
Also can I bring statement from my bank on my home country I have enough money is this going to be count ?
