Hello! Really appreciate the help on these forums.
I wanted to get some input on whether my approach to the i-130 employment section is reasonable. I am currently a college student but I have been employed part-time by the university. Would it be acceptable to write my college information under the employer name/address sections, label my occupation as "student/work study" and then write the dates of attendance as the work time period? I was thinking I could then attach an addendum at the end of the form explaining that I was also employed part-time by the institution. That way people will understand that I was not full time employed during the last 5 years because I was primarily a full time student.
For reference, as a student I make well below poverty level but I did still file taxes for the last few years.
Thanks!
