I have a question regarding using your online CSPA age calculator available on immihelp.

In the visa bulletin current date which date should we input? Is it the 1st day of month of visa bulletin showing my priority date as current in the dates for filing table or the final action date table?

In short which day does the age gets frozen while calculating CSPA age, the date of visa bulletin, with PD become current in date for filing table or date of visa bulletin with PD becomes current in the final action date table?

Your question is not clear. CSPA works as follows: The child's age is frozen for the duration the petition was pending with USCIS. Let us say a I130 was filed on date A, and it was approved on B. Then the child's status is "protected" until his/her age is 18 + (B-A). It has got nothing to do with the visa bulletin. On the day of the visa interview if the child's age is less than 18 + (B-A) they he/she gets the visa or else he/she is no longer considered a child and visa is denied.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.

According to www.uscis.gov/CSPA the child's status is '' protected until his/HER age is under 20?

It was a typo on my part. It should have been 21 instead of 18 in my reply. Everything else is correct.
