My mom entered the USA on Aug 28th with her green card stamp on her passport. She got her SSN in 2 weeks, however, she hasn't received her plastic green card yet. She already paid the Immigration Visa fees (IV) fees $360 in India before arriving. Do we have to pay any extra fees to get the plastic green card?

Not sure which fees you are talking about. The fee she has to pay to USCIS before they will send her the plastic card is $220. The immigrant visa application fee paid to the consulate is separate.Originally posted by premjain View Post

I paid the $220 fee a few weeks before my wife boarded the airplane. They gave me a case number, that looks like this: IOE041081####. I was able to track the status using that number at the web site: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.doOriginally posted by premjain View Post
