Information Regarding CSPA

I would like to enquire more about the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA). I am from India. My aunt filed family based US immigrant (F4) petition for my dad. They are siblings. I am a derivative on that petition. Petition was filed on March 28, 2005. I-130 was approved on 4/17/2009.
My birthdate is 4/20/1997 and just turned 21.
We are still waiting on information from embassy, I want to know if I will be still considered under the same US immigrant petition or not.

Yes you should still qualify for CSPA, once your unmarried. I recommend you contact the NVC and let them know as soon as possible.
