    Hello all,
My grandma (petitioner) filed for my father ( primary applicant), my brother and I ( derivatives). Because my grandma is unable to financially sponsor us, her son in law ( sponsor) is the sponsor of our case. We have received our appointment letter from NVC and were in the process of gathering the required documents. I just have a few questions.
    1. I know we have to submit and affidavit of support from our sponsor & supporting financial information , but do we have also have to submit an Affidavit of support from my grandma (petitioner) & supporting financial information (irs transcript etc. )even though she isn?t employed ?
    2. Do the derivatives ( my brother & I ) also have to submit ORIGINAL COPIES of the affidavit of support, financial info and proof of citizenship etc. of the petitioner and sponsor each individually along with those of the primary applicant (my father ) ?

One I-864 should be enough for all beneficiaries on the same petition, as long as you guys are immigrating at the same time.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
