Hi,
I(beneficiary) got request of initial evidence stating that my wife(petitioner) does not meet the minimum federal poverty guidelines. The letter also stated that joint sponsored should be included. I(beneficiary) am on H1B and my salary is above federal poverty guidelines, in that case, should I fill I-864A (https://www.uscis.gov/i-864a) and would that be sufficient or I will have to add joint sponsorer?
