Petition for Alien Relative I-130 and I-130A official forms are expired

Hello.
I am preparing documents for marriage green card. I downloaded I-130 and I-130A from USCIS website but those forms are expired, the expiration date in the top right corner is 07/31/2018. I am not able to find valid forms.
What to do with it? Can I still file those expired forms?

The expiration date is for internal uses only and does not concern you. What matters to you is the edition date (on the lower left of every page) and that it is one of the editions currently listed as being accepted on the web page. Sometimes editions that have not "expired" are no longer accepted. Sometimes editions that have "expired" for many years are still being accepted.
