Hello,
I am filling out an I-864 form since I am applying for a greencard for my father. I have a 6 figure income so it?s enough for the 125% of poverty line threshold for my dependents + my father.
There is a question in the form that asks who my current employer is. I just got an offer from another company so I?m taking a 2 months break from work until I start the new work.
Here is my question
1- should I just write unemployed and attach an offer letter with salary and date (2 months from today)
2- should i just write unemployed with no explanation
3- should i wait until I start work so I can just write the name of the new employer
4- any other suggestions?
