I 130 mistake. Has been submitted, but not processed.

My husband's mother has her green card and is bringing over her young child (My husbands brother) from Iraq. In the form that we mailed in my husband put himself as the preparer but not as the interpreter. My mother in law does not speak english. in part 6 on the form we did not answer number one. We though it was 1 or 2 and did not realize that both needed to be filled out. I know that changes can be requested if they have not started on your case. I am wondering how big of a mistake this is? The form was filed in October 2017. It is in the California service center now. Thank you for any help.
