First and last name switched on I 94

Hi all, my wife is Vietnamese and her name is Huong Thi Quach Vu (first, middle, middle, last).

However, on her I 94, her name is Thi Quach Huong Vu (middle, middle, first, last). So as you can see, her first and middle name are switched order.

Is this going to cause problem during AOS? If yes, how do I change the order of her name on the I 94?

This is a very common mistake for Vietnamese names apparently.

Please advise. This is very urgent!

Extra information:

My wife entered into the US in 2014 so it's been 4 years. I'm reading that they only change it on the spot. So is my next option the I 102 form?

Her name on SSN card, I 20, passport, Driver License are all correct...
