Items needed by the US embassy for a child vs adult?
My wife is here now (Arrived on August 1). I figured everything out as I went along.
We elected to petition my stepson separately because he is in school.
The USCIS has just approved my stepson on Oct 15. The case is being moved to the Dept of State (NVC?). Sometime next month his auntie should hear from the US embassy in Yangon Myanmar (Burma). We have yet to get an "A-number" for him, or a case number from the NVC.
My wife needed our original birth certs, photos, and marriage cert. What must we send with my stepson for the interview?
His auntie will attend with him because my wife and I cannot. After he gets his visa we will fly there and return with him.
He is 13, and was 11 when we married. He is in primary school, and not married.
