Good evening,
I have a couple questions and hopefully someone could help me with some informations.

My dad recently got his green card. He filed I-130 for my sister with her 2 kids to come over here with us.

- My sister is 35 ( divorce - she has 2 kids age 7 and 9)

My questions are:
How long does it take to bring her and her 2 kids to the States?
We have recently received I-797C, however it only shows her name on the recipient so is this normal?
And I just wonder why there wasn?t her kids name on the I-797C

The F2B category has a wait for visa numbers of around 7 years for people born in most countries (much longer for people born in Mexico or the Philippines). It is normal that only her name is on the petition receipt because the petition is only for her. The under-21 children she will have at the time she immigrates will be able to immigrate as her derivative beneficiaries.
