I-130 Filed @California Service center.How soon i can file for i-485 and i-765?
Hi,
My wife is a GC holder(we both are from India) and I have filed I-130 from Michigan.
My PD is May 2018.I am on STEM OPT(F1) and it will be valid till Feb 2020.
My I-130 application is being processed at California service center and i learned from this forum that it will take atleast an year for I-130 to get approved..
So my question is when i can file for I-485 and I-765?
Am i eligible to file I-485 and I-765 when the filing date in visa bulletin becomes my PD.?
Can file I-485 and I-765 together?
I am worried whether my STEM OPT will expire before i receive my GC?
Can someone give me some suggestions/answers to my concerns.?
