  • Should I mention minor traffic tickets?

There is a question in the N-400 online application (applying under 3 year rule, married to US citizen):

"Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason?"

I have one minor traffic citations: 1: improper right turn (turned right not the closest lane from me). I was offered traffic school and completed one called best online traffic school. Everything was paid and dismissed or at least not on my driving record.

Should I answer yes to that question?

My 24 month traffic record does not show any of them because it happened more than 2 years ago.

    Thanks!
