My stepson is now being processed by the NVC. What form?
I will do the application for his visa. But that version of the I-864 do I use for the affidavit of support? The instructions suggest I use the i-864W.

The instructions are ambiguous. I will fill out both versions of the form (three if there is a third), sign, and mail all of them. I will detail what I have done in the cover letter. That way I have all my bases covered.Originally posted by krypton9591 View PostComment

Your stepson's biological parent is not a US citizen, right? If so, then he will not become a US citizen upon entry, so he needs an I-864.Originally posted by linuxpro View Post
