Can anyone help me. My husband has filed a petition I-129F(13 March 06) in connection with the K3 visa. It is taking for ever to be approved(longer that the time period given by USCIS). I have my petition I-130 already approved. Can I enter the US with a B1-B2 visa and then adjust status while I am there. I have a 6 months valid visa. Will I be breaking the law if I do so. Thank you for your help.
