2 Questions

Hi,

I will submit my I-130 pretty soon and I have 2 questions:

1. Can I add cover letter to the application form? I want to explain couple of things in regards to my name change and some other matters

2. If my sponsor is not my petitioner (A family friend who agreed to assist) does he need to fill the same sponsor form I-864? Or does he need to fill a different form cause he is not teh petitioner?

2. I-864 is not needed with I-130. Are you filing I-485 also?
