Hi All,
I am planning to invite my parents 2019 summer and file for their green cards while they are here. I have few questions if anyone can help, that would be great.
1. Do they need to get medical exam done here for green card filing? I remember we got it done when we applied and there is form which we need to submit with application.
2. If I am not working and dependent on my husband, does it matter if I don't submit a support form?
3. Do I need to wait for few months after they reach here before I file?
4. How much time approx. it will take if I file from SFO?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
