Family base Green Card

My baby born in US and has certain medical conditions. He had multiple surgeries and few may be required in future. Is there any way I can extend my stay in US or get GC. I am currently on L1A visa and extension is coming in next 5 months.
Please provide your help.

Interview date: 11/13/18 ~ New Card Being Produced (Day 390)
Card in hand! 11/23/18 (Day 400)
