US Citizen petition for spouse (I-130) -- wait time at Texas Service Center

I-130 filed US citizen @ Texas Service Center
Filing date: July, 2018
Nothing received other than the initial I-797C

Has anyone who filed in July (or later) received notification from NVC, for an IR1 category green card?

We were initially hoping green card would be doe by Thanksgiving. That came, Christmas came, even January is ending, but still no news from NVC

submitted I-130 and I-485 and I-765 on 08/29/17

My wife is a US Citizen we have been married for 10 years and together for 19. We have 2 daughters and both only married once with no other children. I have been under TPS since 2000. This is our time line in Houston, TX

Applied for I-130,I-485 and I-765 on 08/27/2017.
Received by USCIS on 08/29/2017.
case was mixed up and lost for a long time. After my wife wrote many letters we finally received an I-797 that our case was pending scheduling of interview.
On 01/14/19 we received appointment for interview in Houston.
02/19/19 had interview but was told supervisor would have to review and we would be notified. now for some more waiting......
