Green Card Conundrum

Hello site...I am in somewhat of a pickle. I am an American working in South Korea. My wife is a Filipina. She received her visa and will be moving to the USA very soon. I used my brother's address in the US as a place to send the green card. He moved and I understand the post office won't forward official mail from the government. I don't have residency establishe din the place that I'm moving to yet and was going to forward my mail to a PO Box in the new location until I found a place to live. Will USCIS ship to a PO Box?

How did she receive her green card if you are living outside the U.S.? Is she traveling to the U.S. to live without you?
