Immigration Question - Need help

My Situation is as following:
I'm a 34 year old german citizen and was going to marry a U.S. citizen. 4 weeks ago she died before we could marry. She has a 13 year old daughter. She's livin at her grandpa now and still wants me to become her dad and wants me to live with her in USA.
Is there any possibility for me to adopt her and live with her in USA? I would not get her to germany because her grandpa and all her friends live in america. And i don't want her to change the school.
What can i do? Do i need a visum or a greencard? Can i get any of these in my special situation? I tried to find a answer on several sites in internet containing visa-information. But i can't find an answer.
Plz help...

Absolutely no possibility for me to get to USA and let her become my daughter? Only way would have been to marry her mom? And now she can't get a dad because her mom died before marriage?

You have a immigration issue as well as alegal issue

1. can non US citizens adopt US citizen children? I dont know and you wouldnt find that answer on an immigration site....but my guess is No, you cant.

2. Even if that were allowed, she could sponsor you to come and live with her as her dad because US citizen children need to be 21 or older to sponsor their parents.
