Birth Certificate - Maiden name

Hi, I'm applying I-130 and I-485 for my widowed mother. I have her birth certificate but (obviously) it has her maiden name on it which is different than how it appears on her passport and all other documents. I do not have the marriage certificate to prove that the last name was changed after the marriage. Are there any alternative supporting documents I can provide to prove it?

Perhaps and Affidavit

The only thing I can think of is a sworn Affidavit of Name Change from your mother stating her original name, the date of her marriage, when and where she got married and that she changed her name etc. Also I would check to see if she can get a certified copy of marriage certificate from the country that she go married. I would double check with a lawyer though.
