what if I get married now? what would happen?
Tx for reading this ...please help me with answers; Here's my situation:
I got an MBA in 2002 in Oregon and got an h1b (dec02-dec05) from my then employer. After 10mths I was asked to resign and in 2003 I signed up with temps agencies and been working as a temp until last dec when my h1b expired. Today I have no way or working legally and I don't what to do and need help. Couldn't find anyone to sponsor me for a transfer all those years but there are a few good prospects but I'm stuck. Even though I hav a valid ID and SS# I don't have the INS working Docs. I need to know
1-My boyfriend of 3years wants to marry me; if we do will I be able to file for working papers without leaving the country?
2-Say I get a job offer today how should I proceed?
I'm really desperate for help. Please let me know...
