Pls help my friend who went for an interview

Hello house,
Thanks as usual for the timely help/information on this platform. My friend went for his interview with his wife today, he said the interview went well. The interviewer took his picture and fingerprints. He want to know what that means [The picture and the fingerprints taken].
Secondly, the interviewer did not give them any white paper but he said they need to review the interview and my friend will get a mail from them.

He wants to know if all these are normal or what does it indicate?

Same here too

I did not receive a paper as well but was told wait for 120 days for case to be reviewed. Iam at 60+ days now.
