plz i need a big help

Hi..
guys i need to ask a Q.
i just got married and i'm applying for my GC.
the problem is that i'm a F1 visa student but i had problem with the IRS, i haven't taken enough classes on one of my semisters, and i have a case for that in court that is still pending.
would that be bad for me or it doesn't matter,i'm just getting more worry when i think about that. BTW they are holding my passport.

plz anyone help me or tell me what should i do about that.

......did you mean the IRS...........or INS?
You need to be alot more specific...........what court? immigration court?.............do you have a deportation order against you?

i'm sorry for the mistake. my problem is with the INS, and my case is at an immigration court. i don't have any deportation order against me.

So why are you in Immigration court?.........did you get a notice to appear?.........i'm not trying to b eintrusive but to help, you ahv eto b emore detailed .....
