I have some questions about NVC I-864, please help.

I have some questions about I-864 that I don't understand some of the requirements, but before I ask my questions I will give you a small overview of whats going on.

My wife (US Citizen) decided to sponsor her both parents. We have send I-130 for consular processing for to Chicago Lock Box back in April 2018. By Mid-december the I-130 was approved for both of my wife's parents and the case was transferred over to NVC. Right now we are at the point of providing I-864 and all the copies of taxes, pay stubs, a letter from the employer. My wife doesn't make enough to meet the poverty guideline requirements, so we got a joint sponsor. This is where I have some questions.

The information about the principal immigrant that requires to provide day time phone number, I can't put 11 digit numbers only 10 and but my wife's parents phone number has 11 digits not 10... what to do about that?

Do we fill separate I-864 for each of her parents or can we fill information about the principal immigrant and then we add one of the parents to the Family section under Family Member 1? Part. 3 question 1 and 2... Do I check both in this situation?

Part. 5 Sponsor Household Size... I understand the question about how many people my wife sponsors in this affidavit, but now the question about NOT sponsored in this affidavit. One question is Yourself (self explanatory), If you are currently married, enter "1" (also self explanatory), but here is the question that I have about another part of this section. If you have sponsored any other persons on Form I-864... My wife sponsored me and I have received my green card back in Feb. 2018, so do I enter "1" for this section as well even though I have entered "1" for currently married part? This will make the household size 5 not 4.

Some of those questions aren't to hard to answer and some as little to confusing.

They were petitioned on separate I-130s, so they need separate I-864s.

No. That is only for derivative beneficiaries. It says not to include people petitioned on a separate petition.

Check Yes in #1. Do not check #2 or #3.

You do not count anyone twice. So if you are already counted as spouse, you would not be counted again in any following categories, even if you qualify. Also note that there is only 1 immigrant sponsored on the affidavit. So the household size should be 3, unless there is another dependent (e.g. your child).
