Wrong date of Birth in F4 Brother application - Filing date current
I filed for my brother in 2005. The filing date is current and time to pay the fees.
My brother has been living in Canada since 2008 and has become Canadian citizen.
We just realized that the date of birth of the in NVC file does not match with rest of the
documents like his Canadian passport, birth certificate and education credentials.
Please suggest best way to resolve this. I was thinking to send NVC his birth certificate
with correct date and other documents such as his Canadian Passport copy, Marriage Certificate
copy and Education Certificate which has birthdate printed as supporting document.
Any letter or affidavit I should include.
