Greencard during pending H1B

I got an admin processing for h1b while I was traveling to India for wedding shopping. Now that I have been in india for 4 months on 221g for H1B, my wedding is in next 2 months and my fiance is us citizen.
I was wondering if I can apply for greencard based on marriage from India through consulate? Would that affect my current pending H1B visa?
