hi there,
m bit confused anybody give me some info regarding my query below..
m a permnaent resident(applied for cirizenship)got married few mnths back in india.my husband was in US till last year august2005 on f1(studentvisa)which is valid till 2008.but he dint file opt(missed date)so left US to avoid any illegal stay.i want to do the needful so he can be her quick....he is bit worried coz he is out of status(but leftb4 deadline)and nt sure if immig officer at port of entry lets him in or nor.is there any way somebody advice me how should i proceed or he needs to for us to be togetherhere as early poss.................one poss he was considering is to apply for reinstatement by enrolling for full time(3courses)this fall at same univ he was in b4.but we nt sure if that would not lead to any trouble at port of entry......if nt wat wud be fastest and correct way for me to proceed in this regard.........iwill highly appreciate tour correspondence in this matter..........thanks

Best thing is to apply for student visa again.
