I130 applied at the nebraska center

Hi!! my mom who is a permanent resident has applied I13o for me at the nebraska center.We got the lin num as well..Now when i go to case status & processing times ,i dont see I130 in nebraska,Where does the file get transfered? which center ,is it possible to find out? How do i know the priority date for th family based immigration?

I talked to someone on the phone and they told me they moved most of them to California.
