I'm US citizen . I filed the imiigration form I130 for my paretns in Febuary 2006. I got approval letter june 2006. Last week i recevied an letter "enclosed affidavit of support fee bill (i864 processing fee bill) " asking me to pay required fees.

They mentioned in the form pay money order or cashier cheque and send only money order and bottom of this page which has case number and other details. they requested not to send I864 for now... I paid $70 fees last week and waiting to hear back from them ..

my questions is

(1) affidavit of support bill packets I recevied from INS has other form called "choice of agent and address form " do i or my paretns need to fill that form and send anywhere ? (my paretns is in mumbai )

(2) when do i need to send i 864 ? what's procedure after that ?

Hi,

I also got the letter and the form in which I put my name and address as an agent for the beneficiary. This way, all the documents I will get here in US rather then them (Visa Center) sending to India.

But I have one more question, after submitting the form and the processing fee for I864 ($70/-), I got another letter from Visa Center to submit I864 and $400/- fee along with it. My confusion is what is this Fee? is this the final visa fee or do I need to pay some more fees after I864.

Also, what is the next step after I864 is submitted (let's say approved)?
