Hi,
I am a naturalized US citizen and applying (I130) for my Mother. My mother is a Indian citizen, but is living with her daughter in another country (for the last 10 months or so). And she has also applied for permanent residency in that country, pending processing and approval.
In the I130, for her address and location, I am using her current address, where she is residing and not her address in India. Is this a problem or a non-issue.
Please advice.
