  • Line 22 of I-130 - Need your help

    Hi Gurus,

I am stuck at line 22 of I-130.
The line asks 'Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for ajustment of status.

My brother, who is a USC, is my sponsor.
Though, I am here on H1B now, I am not sure I would be here until the priority date becomes current. Moreover, If I am here, I would have got my GC thru employer by the time priority date becomes current in this category (least preferred) of Family based Immigration. The current priority date for this type of immigration visa is running somewhere around 1995. If I understand correctly, I can't apply for adjustment of status until my priority date becomes current.

What should I fill on this line?
Should I give my brother's address here or my Indian address?
Can I give one address and change it later depending on where I am at the time application for adjustment of status?

I greatly appreciate your help in clarifying this point.

    Thanks,
    mrc
