Hi to all! I have a question regarding F2B Category.. As of now priority dates had retrogressed for almost three years..
1.) What would happen if a priority date was already current before the
retrogression?
2.) What will happen to the letter sent by the US Embassy informing you that your status is current and that visa number is already availabe?
3.) If I start the application right now, wont they deny it?
