I got married 2 years ago..3 moths ago. Me and my wife were put in fraud interview (we had no idea at that time). They put us in seperate rooms. The officer told my wife that..nobody ( other officers) believed us and told her to withdraw the pettition. She said we have problems but marriage is real. and did not sign anything.
we havent heard anything from INS since then. We went to lawyer after that. He requested the third interview.
It has been one and a half years since our first interview. We are still married and living together.
Is there a time limit on this process or it takes forever?
Anybody knows what happens next?
