what is cr-1 visa?i know US citezen can apply for spouses and get the cr-1 visa.to apply for parents of US citizen is there any visa like cr-1 ?
can US citizen come to INDIA and apply for parents (cr-1)?
or just apply the family based immigrant visa?
what is the usual time to get the family based immigrant visa?
and also tell me the best way to bring in the parents who live in INDIA to US,as i am an US citizen
