Hi,
I have my GC and i have filled I-130 for my wife 7 months back and it is pending with USCIS and i have been travelling back and forth to US and India and now i got a new baby which is 2 months old and i would like to know, how do i include my baby into the I-130 application which i have filled for my wife.
Or else do i need to file a seperate I-130 for my kid. My wife's I-130 petition is still with the USCIS and i have opted for consular processing.
