How I can take my sister to USA?

I'm USC
She's russian. 21 years old, single. She's going to finish her univercity next year. She has very little money for education in the states. Is there ANY way for her come and live with me? Can she get a GK?
Pls don't tell me about standart way of doing it. We can't wait 10-15 years, by that time probably she'll be married with kids.

Find an employer for her in US who will sponsor H-1b visa for her.
That way she can be in US for upto 6 years. During those 6 years in US,
she can find a USC to get married and get her GC.
