my uncle have applied for my mother, sister and brother for F4 category visa when we are still not married, now we are to pay the visa fee, can my family go with me, if not how long i have to stay in united state before i can get my family. Can i delay my travel for how much time.

No your family cannot go. You will have to file for them under F2.
You will have to travel before the expiry date on the immigrant visa.
I suggest you travel on your immigrant visa, and at least get your green card in US.

Myself , brother and sisters are already above 21 years old when the F4 visa approval came, can we still avail it. what are we suppose to do, can my mother still proceed.

Yes, you can. You have to be below 21 at the time when petition is filed.
At what stage are you in the process; Have you only gotten the letter from the embassy and are you guys yet to get the visas stamped on the passport?
