  • Entered as a visitor and then got married. How to prove i didn't know?

I entered the u.s. as a visitor and then 3 months later i got married to the one i was visiting. I really didn't know we were going to change our plans and get married. My interview is soon and i was wondering, besides telling the truth, how can i prove that i didn't enter with the intend of getting married? Thank you.

      Hello,

Even though you entered the US on the B-2 visa, the best thing you did that you got married to the US citizen after 3 months, had it been within 30 days you would have been in trouble.

Well, you just say that you did not had any intentions of getting married at the time of entry and only after 3 months we decided to get married. There is no way the US Govt. can touch your case. Even if you consult an immigration attorney, he would say the same thing.

I do not think you can provide any evidence to prove something which was not there.
