My mom got her immigrant visa approved by the consulate in New Delhi. She has been given a sealed package to take to the US.
My question is can she enter the US thru any port of entry...depending on the airline ticket availability/routing or does she need to fly into the port of her final destination? Also will she get a green card or just an immigrant stamp on her passport when she lands in the US at the port of enty.
Pls advise, any help will be highly appreciated!
