130 form help

My Aunt(mother's sister) who is a US citizen is petitioning for my mother and Father. I have few questions regarding the I 130 form

1. Can she file for 130 ( along with the fees, other documents) alone? or for I864 should also be filed along with it.
2. Does she has to file different form for my father also?
3. In section C of the form 130 , do we have to list mine and my sibling"s name although we are above 21 years of age.
